Inter-library Loans and Document Delivery 

 
 
The documents you are unable to find in Parma may be obtained from other libraries through inter-library loan service. This service is restricted to students and members of the Physics department.
The requests must be given to the library staff at any moment during the opening time or processed to biblioteca@fis.unipr.it
  • Request for books
The lenght of time taken to satisfy your request will depend only on the availability of the book in the lending library, because the transport is usually made through a carrier that has an agreement with the Physics Department: you should consider two to three days as the normal period.
  • How long you may keep the loan
When the Library receipts your loan, you are notified of it and will also be informed of the date on wich it is due to be sent back. The period of loan allowed by other Italian libraries is generally one month.
 
  • Request for periodical articles
The requests of document delivery may be given to the library staff or processed to:
-  Nilde (NetworkInterlibraryDocumentExchange)
-  biblioteca@fis.unipr.it.

You will be notified when the article will be arrived.
