Research Interests and Projects
I am a theorethical physicist working in the field of Relativistic Astrophysics. My research focuses on general relativistic magnetohydrodinamical simulations of neutron stars on massively parallel supercomputers.
The projects i am actually working on are about:
- Dynamical bar-mode instability in rapidly rotating neutron stars
- Magnetic instabilities in differentially rotating neutron stars
- Binary neutron stars mergers taking into account the effects of magnetic fields
