Reasonable Development and Continuable Utilization of Biological Resource in Qing-Tibet Plateau
(Soil and Microbe Resource)
Foundation of project
There are 11 kinds of soil-type, 8 kinds of vegetation-type, over 1,700 kinds of spermatophyte and 1000 kinds of Chinese traditional or Tibet medicine, lots of crawlers, birds and animals on the Qing-Tibet plateau which is natural conservation area owned most abundant bio-diversity of high altitude area in the world. In recent years, ecological environment of this region deteriorated seriously, lake shrunk, marsh and grassland degraded badly, flux decreased,making land into sand seriously, kind and quantity of bio-diversity decreased. People primary recognized essentiality, resource distributing and category of ecological protection of Qing-Tibet plateau especially know better about rare wild-animal pass through effort of several years. People understand a little about plant distributing, biomass decreased and obstacle factor of soil nutrient and soil microbe resource especially know nothing about district soil microbe, therefore, to research plant, soil and microbe of Qinghai plateau is very important.
Content of the research
1、Soil types, distributing, nutrient content and obstacle factor research in different ecological area in alpine area.
2、Determine organism(humus), inorganic nutrient(mass-element, microelement), harmful substance(heavy metal, salt, alkali ect.) of soil combined with vegetation type and growth status to analyse limited factors.
3、Relation research among soil microbe population, distributing and vegetation growth status and microbe utilization research.
Anticipation research result
1. Primary understand different soil-type, soil nutrient construction and microbe population distributing in different representative vegetation community of plateau ecological environment, master the relation between ecological environment deteriorated and soil or microbe, and provide background information and science foundation for ecological protection construction.
2、Research new microbe genus in different ecological environment condition, explore useful genus acting as ecological protection material(such as cold temperature-resistance or salt-resistance bacterium、algae)or new biological information for soil foster-fertilizer and fasted-soil(sand ).
3、Solving soil nutrient status and “blurry original” problem of microbe population, and provide basic information for ecological protection and construction of extreme environment.
