Student grants
A number of grants are available to encourage the attendance of students to JEMS2012
| Eligibility: | |
| The nominee must be a Master or a PhD student at the time of the Conference. | |
| The student's area of research may either be theoretical or experimental in any of the general technical and scientific areas concerning JEMS2012 Symposia. | |
| The master or PhD student’s regularly submitted abstract must have been accepted either for oral or poster presentation. | |
| The student must be the presenting author and must attend the Conference. | |
| Nature of Award: | |
| grants are intended to partially cover travel costs and registration fees. | |
| Selection Process: | |
| finalists will be selected by a Student Award Committee appointed by JEMS2012 Organizing Committee. | |
JEMS2012 offers several grants that will be assigned to students coming from Europe, Australia, New Zealand, South American, Asian and African countries.
The Institute for Complex Adaptive Matter (ICAM-I2CAM) will assign to students coming from the U.S. only a number of junior awards.

| One letter of recommendation from a teacher or a supervisor | |
